Mini Predator

Plenty of hills and thrills. You’ll get plenty of practice changing gears and sweeping down rolling hills as you conquer the steep climbs and descents on this anti-clockwise route around the remote North-East Lancashire Countryside.

This is a course set to take no prisoners but also home to some of the most scenic and low traffic areas in England.

The Challenge

Whether you know the area or not, you’re in for a treat in one of the most scenic and traffic free areas in England. You will conquer many challenging climbs and descents that are renowned throughout cycling.

The road routes are fully signed and marshalled with full support vehicles. Entrants will be given a timing chip so all times can be recorded and published.  

Both routes will start and finish at the Rolls Royce Sports Ground, Barnoldswick. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Route Details

Based on the Pendle Predator but taking a short-cut across from Slaidburn to miss out the northern section. It still includes Barley Fell, Waddington Fell, Chipping, Longridge Fell and Nick O’ Pendle.

Feed Station 1 – Chipping Village Hall (45km)
Feed Station 2 – Oakhill Academy, Whalley (70km)

We provide free energy bars, snacks and drinks at each feed station. There is a cafe at Feed Station 2 which will be selling hot and cold drinks, light snacks and cakes.
